Ceramic Painting with Underglaze Paint is a method of decorating pottery, before it is covered with a transparent ceramic glaze and fired in a kiln. Join us for this relaxed, easy workshop suitable for all levels of experience including absolute beginners.

Not included in the workshop:
Ceramic bisk item, Underglaze Paints & Brushes and glaze cost which can all be purchased and paid for at the workshop
Please note should you finish painting, your ceramic item cannot be taken home on the day.
Your masterpieces will need to be fired and glazed, thereafter they will be ready to collect from the studio.

Ceramic Painting using the Drybrush technique – Dry Brushing is the technique of using a dry brush with a minimal amount of paint on it to add depth, shading and highlighting details to a piece of bisk. The brush is dipped in paint and using paper most of the paint is removed from the brush. After this workshop you will go away with the confidence and the knowledge to drybrush everything in site !
Cost for the lesson is R200 and payment of this secures your booking.

- 90% Refund if cancelled 48 hours prior to workshop
- Regrettably No Refund if cancelled within 48 hours of workshop
- Refund will be in the form of a Gift Card.

Non-Competition Clause:

I agree that by purchasing and attending any craft workshop with Ceramic Craft Studio, I shall, in addition to the terms and conditions on their website, be legally bound by the following non-competition undertakings:-

- I shall not teach the skills which I learn in a workshop to any third party for commercial gain.
- I shall not, whether directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, engage in any capacity in any form of business in competition with Ceramic Craft Studio’s products and services, whether for my benefit or the benefit of any other person/entity.
- I warrant that I do not conduct business in any products or services of Ceramic Craft Studio or as a teacher of Ceramic Craft Studio’s skills. Should it come to the attention of Ceramic Craft Studio that I do, I shall not be permitted to participate further in any other workshops, or to claim any refund.
- Ceramic Craft Studio reserves its rights to take appropriate legal action against me to protect its business, should I breach any of the above undertakings, and to hold me liable for the legal cost thereof.
